We Are Moving to ALASKA!

Jesse was accepted to a dental pediatric residency in Anchorage Alaska! We are very excited, and yes,a little nervous. We will be going from one climate extreme to another. I guess we'll be moving by the end of May. It's only a 3,000 mile road trip. Not a big deal. We'll keep you posted

Oh my!! It sounds fun but cold and a very long drive ahead of you. We drove from Las vegas to Topeka, KS for Christmas this year. If you need any ideas let me know. Congrats and good luck!! Keep on posting

Congrats, now I will for sure be able to visit whenever we go up to see my brother! I bet you guys will love it! My brother shipped everything by boat, then flew up. I don't know if that is much more expensive then flying.

Oh, I going to miss you guys! You will have to be sure to come down and visit. You will be going from one weather extreme to the exact opposite weather extreme. It will be fun to have a white Christmas again.

Brooke, I found your blog through Annie's. I know we didn't work together for very long, but I loved working with you. I'm so jealous. I've always wanted to go to Alaska. Hope your cute boys do OK for the drive.

Hi Brooke! I have to admit I am sad that you won't be here in Anchorage. It is good that you were able to find a deal though and I know people who really like Eagle River. We fly back in town on May 14. I am not sure how much valuable information I can give you on Anchorage, but I would definitely love to meet you and your sister. Can you come over for dinner on Friday 15?

So, your dad being our dentist, I had already heard you may be moving. Congrats, you're right though HOT weather no more!!! Take lots of coats and boots:)

I don't have your e-mail and your number is no where to be found. I did think and wonder about you the Friday you were here. Bummer that we weren't able to meet, but I am so glad you had a good time and liked Alaska. It is a good time to be here right now. I would love to hear about where you are living in Eagle River and such. Please let us help you move in. When you get here please call or e-mail so your family can come over for dinner.
